The Valley City Express wrestling club will again host their annual youth folkstyle tournament on Saturday, February 27th, 2010.
* USAW age groups instead of grades to help make sure to pair kids up with kids of equal ages
* 5 man round robin instead of 4 - get 4 matches in to make for a good day of live wrestling
* Novice and Schoolboy Divisions are three 1 1/2 minute periods (50% more wrestling time than the short three 1 minute periods)
* All Trophy tournament - every kid gets to come home proud with a trophy
We'd love to host kids from your town or club and wanted to get a date out for those of you trying to put your youth schedule together and to hopefully avoid conflicting with dates for other tournaments that are being set. Send a quick email to let us know how many you think may be coming from your club/town so we can get a good idea of numbers prior to the tournament day.
